Princess Lillee is 5!

Here's the birthday girl. It is so hard to believe she is 5 years old. Which makes it even more difficult to believe her brother is almost 3! Wow - this birthday has really turned her into a little independent soul - thankfully and sadly. She thinks now that she is 5 she can do anything. It is more helpful when she wants to play in her room by herself. Then I can't help but miss her. I think she believes she is supposed to do all of these things and be more motherly to Baxter. Oh yes, he just loves that.

I am so proud of her for riding the bus by herself, skipping off to breakfast at school alone, making mud stew in the back yard without my help and just being so sweet right now with wonderful marvelous manners that have come up!
Here's her 4 friends that came over to celebrate. Only 1 was missing but we understand she was at her grandma's. What better place! We started off the party with some pizza....
opened some presents - I think this was EVERYONE'S favorite part. Especially Moxley.......
painted some t-shirts. Well, mom, Amy and I attempted to help paint t-shirts. Bethany had a sketch pad in which the girls picked their designs and she constructed their masterpieces! Wow!
Star babysitter - I really don't know what we would have done without Bethany! She slept in the basement with them - bless her soul.
Then the driving babysitter and her friends came by for a visit. Obviously, they WERE winding down. She completely stirred them back up!
We love our Claire Ann!
Finally, cake and ice cream. It turned out very cute! A good time was had by all. All 5 girls (including Bethany) were asleep by 11 p.m. All slept all night and were gone by 10 a.m. Our 1st big slumber party was a huge success I would say! Lillee Grace had a great time and enjoyed each friend.
My parents came for the weekend. My mom was lots of help. Dad and Scott took little Stitch to the Monster Truck Jam in Macon for the night. We'll try to get some pics up of that!!! Ha!
